are two separate and private holiday homes, each with their own private pool, both are fully furnished in a traditional farmhouse style. Located in the Périgord/Limousin Natural Park the beautiful surrounding countryside is peaceful and quiet but not isolated, yet only minutes from town. Excellent birdwatching and walking/rambling. Laze around your own private pool or visit local fêtes, markets, châteaux, grottes, Roman buildings, vides gréniers.

La Grange
La Grange - a lovely, spacious converted farmhouse with all modern amenities. Tiled entrance hall with separate toilet, fully fitted kitchen/dining area, very spacious lounge with a wood burning stove and French doors opening onto the patio. Stairs from the hallway lead up to a galleried landing with two large double bedrooms and three twin rooms,a shower room, a bathroom with toilet and French doors to the furnished veranda overlooking lakes and woodland. The lounge doors open to the furnished patio area which continues round to the BBQ and outdoor dining and private pool (10x5mts) cushioned sunloungers. Private driveway and parking. Sleeps 6-10. Cot, high chair, changing mat, cold water sterilizer and stairgate available.
La Petite Maison
La Petite Maison - a charming, deceptively spacious stone cottage - fully tiled ground floor with a compact fitted kitchen and dining area Two steps down to the large comfortable lounge with wood burning stove and stairs leading to the master double bedroom with en-suite shower. Steps from the dining area lead to a large twin room then up to a double bedroom and bathroom with incl. shower & toilet. French doors from the dining area open onto the furnished courtyard, private driveway & parking, BBQ, garden and private pool (7x4mts) , cushioned sun-loungers. Sleeps 2-6. Cot , high chair, changing mat, stroller and stairgate available.

Location - Lapouge hamlet is 1 km from the village of St Estèphe where there is a bakery, mini-market, cafés, post office and a recreational lake with beach & moored diving platform, boardwalks, children's activity areas, picnic areas, restaurant, summer cafés & bar; in high season there is a lifeguard & free canoes/kayaks. Tennis & boules courts. There are excellent Auberges1.5kms & 9kms.
